Foodship process payment via STRIPE secure gateway. financial information of our clients including credit card information is not stored on our systems. On availing any service offered by Foodship and by providing us means to collect that payment electronically or physically, users declare the following

  • You declare that the information provided by you is accurate, true to your knowledge and belong to you.
 

 

Billing - Trial Period - Refund

Foodship service come with 90 days trial period. During these 90 days customers can access to the Foodship Service to full extent after the free trial period regular price for the service will be charged without notifying the customer.

This 90-day free trial period will start from the moment that customer activate trial service by signing up Foodship account. All customers signing up for the free trial will be required to submit payment details as part of the process, to allow automatic payments once the free trial period end. By submitting payment details, customer acknowledge and agree to Foodship general Terms and Conditions. If in case customer do not wish to continue with the paid service of Foodship. They must cancel the service by Foodship account prior to the trial ends.

we strongly recommend our customers to choose carefully as we do not issue refund if you change your mind for any product/service that are bought / paid for on Foodship site or through any other channel from Foodship. Free trial applies to new customers only Foodship reserves the right to remove or cancel the free trial offer at any time or change the features / offering of the free trial offer at any time

Software as a Service - SAAS

Foodship is subscription-based Software-as-a-service (SAAS) platform and remains property of Foodship. Our SAAS platform and services are available for our customers under on recurring subscription with terms and condition. We strongly advise our clients to read the terms and conditions carefully. Users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by, installing, utilizing the software.
